Future Balance CPAs’ founders have long been passionate about outstanding entrepreneurship. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the immense sacrifice and risk required. We also recognize the grandeur of the vision, drive and potential pay-off. In our minds, there is nothing sweeter than this. Our goal is to “partner” with some of Canada’s best and brightest start-ups and SMEs to maximize potential and create the most sustainable business possible. With that in mind, we have set out to create a highly accessible and tech friendly online accounting/CFO service firm, specifically with the Canadian start-up community in mind. DANIEL TALKINS CPA, CA, LPA, CPA (USA), MMPA

Co-founder, CEO

Daniel Co-Founded Future Balance CPAs in 2015, a tech. progressive CPA firm specializing in CFO services for high-growth start-ups and mid-market SMEs.

Daniel is proud to have earned his CPA, CA designation as well as his Masters in Business Administration and Professional Accounting. Daniel has had several years of accounting and financial services experience with some of the world’s largest international banks and professional accounting firms. Having said that, Daniel is really an entrepreneur at heart. Daniel has started a number of ventures and is passionate about the Toronto tech. start-up scene.

Daniel is an enthusiastic Leafs fan, enjoys Crossfit and loves spending time with his kids on the weekend.

RYAN ZYSMAN CPA, CA, LPA, LIT, CIRP

Co-founder

Prior to co-founding Future Balance CPAs, Ryan worked at a medium sized CA firm for several years, earning his CPA, CA designations. He gained significant knowledge in taxation, financial reporting, and accounting for SMEs. He then went on to manage his own firm for a few years before merging with Future Balance CPAs. He has vast experience working with Small – Medium sized enterprises, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.

Ryan is passionate about the start-up scene in the GTA and enjoys helping his clients grow their business in all types of industries.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing guitar, cheering on the Leafs and Toronto FC, and spending time with family.

SARAH ALLISON

COO, CMO

Sarah has a passion for the creative process of marketing and brand growth, which inspired her to pursue a degree in marketing and communications, obtained from a top design school in New York City. Furthermore, Sarah loves studio art and all forms of creative expression. Sarah has worked in mid size and large organizations in areas of product development, marketing operations and branding. The organic growth of a company is what keeps her interested in this line of work. As Co‐Founder of Future Balance CPAs, she looks forward to establishing effective accounting as a catalyst for solid business growth and development, as well as helping entrepreneurs and small business owners expand and flourish. Sarah is thrilled to be a part of the innovative nature of cloud accounting and the possibility of being able to work from everywhere.

JORDAN GLOWINSKY

Senior Manager, CPA, CA

Jordan is a manager at Future Balance CPAs. Before joining Future Balance CPAs Jordan was a senior staff accountant at a premier mid-sized CPA firm, where he had been for five years. Over the years he has built a reputation for being a valuable source of advice in accounting, taxation and all things small business. Specifically, Jordan has developed a niche with privately owned SMEs and start-ups, and has had broad exposure to a variety of different industries.

On a more personal level, Jordan enjoys developing strong relationships with clients, while helping business owner’s grow, overcome challenges and succeed.

When Jordan is not working he enjoys playing tennis, baking and hiking with his family.

CELESTE CABAHUG

Staff Accountant

Celeste is a staff accountant at Future Balance CPAs. She has several years experience working with small-medium sized businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.

Celeste is passionate about working with clients to solve problems, and using technology to maximize efficiencies.

Celeste enjoys camping and travelling with her family, and is an incredible cook.
