Future Balance founders have long been passionate about outstanding entrepreneurship. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the immense sacrifice and risk required. We also recognize the grandeur of the vision, drive and potential pay-off. In our minds, there is nothing sweeter than this. Our goal is to “partner” with some of Canada’s best and brightest start-ups and SMEs to maximize potential and create the most sustainable business possible. With that in mind, we have set out to create a highly accessible and tech friendly online accounting/CFO service firm, specifically with the Canadian start-up community in mind. A start-up for start-ups.
Our forward thinking attitude and constant pursuit of ingenuity is why we decided to call our firm “Future Balance”.

SARAH ALLISON
COO, CMO
Sarah has a passion for the creative process of marketing and brand growth, which inspired her to pursue a degree in marketing and communications, obtained from a top design school in New York City. Furthermore, Sarah loves studio art and all forms of creative expression. Sarah has worked in mid size and large organizations in areas of product development, marketing operations and branding. The organic growth of a company is what keeps her interested in this line of work. As Co‐Founder of Future Balance, she looks forward to establishing effective accounting as a catalyst for solid business growth and development, as well as helping entrepreneurs and small business owners expand and flourish. Sarah is thrilled to be a part of the innovative nature of cloud accounting and the possibility of being able to work from everywhere.
JORDAN GLOWINSKY
Senior Manager, CPA, CA
Jordan is a manager at Future Balance. Before joining Future Balance Jordan was a senior staff accountant at a premier mid-sized CPA firm, where he had been for five years. Over the years he has built a reputation for being a valuable source of advice in accounting, taxation and all things small business. Specifically, Jordan has developed a niche with privately owned SMEs and start-ups, and has had broad exposure to a variety of different industries.
On a more personal level, Jordan enjoys developing strong relationships with clients, while helping business owner’s grow, overcome challenges and succeed.
When Jordan is not working he enjoys playing tennis, baking and hiking with his family.
CELESTE CABAHUG
Staff Accountant
Celeste is a staff accountant at Future Balance. She has several years experience working with small-medium sized businesses, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
Celeste is passionate about working with clients to solve problems, and using technology to maximize efficiencies.
Celeste enjoys camping and travelling with her family, and is an incredible cook.

Sam is an administrative manager at Future Balance. He has a degree in business administration from Everest College.
Sam enjoys playing the guitar, and spending time with his dog.
